How does the free trial work?
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial that starts when your wave opens. Starter, Pro, and Agency all get full access during the trial, with no feature gate. Free has no trial because it's free indefinitely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. There's no extra charge after you cancel.
What counts as a "connected platform account"?
One account you publish to: an X profile, a LinkedIn page, an Instagram account, and so on. Your plan's limit is the total number of accounts you can have connected at once, across any platform.
Why isn't X (Twitter) available on the Free plan?
X charges per post through its API, so we can't offer it for free. Every paid plan includes X from day one, alongside every other platform Batchrow supports.
